In this unprecedented time of uncertainty and concern, providing a safe environment for our Pure Water Systems team and customers is our highest priority.

Our Head Office is still operational with the majority of our team working from home, leaving minimum staff onsite to allow for social distancing protocols as advised by health and government officials.  Likewise, our Service Technicians continue to provide ‘in-home’ services, whilst practising social distancing with increased cleaning and sanitation processes that have been put in place.

We continue to operate our online purchasing & postage service however due to these difficult times, there may be some delays in shipping.  

Servicing Your System

It is important to ensure water filtration systems remain properly maintained to provide optimal performance and prevention of potentially harmful bacteria build-up.

In the current circumstances we understand many customers want to limit their contact with others and therefore may wish to postpone their in-home systems service.

In many instances, we are able to dispatch the replacement cartridges and other service items, with comprehensive instructions of how to service systems yourself (Self Service). Should you wish to explore the ‘Self Service’ option for your system, please contact our Customer Service Team to discuss suitability and arrange dispatch of necessary items.
