Promotion Period
The 20% Birthday Sale commences at 12:00am AEST on 13/2/26 and concludes at  7:00am AEST on 2nd of March.
Discounts apply strictly within this advertised campaign period.

Discount Details
20% off applies to eligible Pure Water Systems products as displayed during the promotional period.

Exclusions
The 20% Birthday Sale excludes:

• Service items

• Replacement filter cartridges

• Water coolers

Availability
Discounted pricing is valid for online, phone, and in-store or showroom purchases.

No Further Discounts
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount code, affiliate offer, or special pricing arrangement unless expressly stated.

Promotional Pricing Policy
Promotional pricing applies only during the advertised campaign period. Discounts will not be applied retrospectively to purchases made outside the promotion dates. Returns for the purpose of repurchasing at a discounted price may not be accepted and remain at the sole discretion of Pure Water Systems.

Where a promotional campaign commences within 48 hours of the original purchase date, Pure Water Systems may, at its discretion, offer a store credit equal to the price difference. This will be issued as store credit only, must be applied by speaking directly with a team member, and cannot be redeemed online. Store credit may be used toward a future purchase.
