We offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on eligible online orders over $99.

For eligible online orders of $99 or less, a flat rate standard shipping fee of $15 applies.

Free shipping and the $15 flat rate shipping fee do not apply to selected bulky or specialised products, including Whole House systems, Whole House UV systems, water softeners, water coolers, chillers and bubblers. Freight for these products is calculated separately and may be provided on application or during the quotation/order process.

All prices displayed on the Pure Water Systems website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes do not apply to replacement filter cartridges, service items, The Luxe Collection Water Filtration Systems, Whole House Bundles or other products specifically excluded from a promotion.

Discount codes cannot be combined with another discount code, promotion or offer unless expressly stated.

Reactivation Campaign

Reactivation offers are available to eligible existing Pure Water Systems customers with a valid customer number only. Additional exclusions or conditions may apply as specified in the individual offer.

15% Off Eligible Systems

A 15% discount applies to selected eligible Pure Water Systems filtration systems and is applied automatically at checkout. No coupon code is required.

The offer excludes Whole House Bundles, which retain their advertised bundle pricing, and any other products specifically excluded from the promotion.

Buy 1, Get the 2nd 50% Off

This offer applies to selected eligible hydration and accessory products. Customers must purchase two of the same eligible product to receive 50% off the second item. Products cannot be mixed and matched. The discount is applied automatically.

Offers are subject to product availability and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Unless otherwise stated, promotional discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions or offers.

Pure Water Systems may amend, suspend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary. Standard Pure Water Systems shipping, returns and warranty terms continue to apply.

Whole House Bundles – Terms & Conditions

Whole House Bundle pricing applies to the specific products, inclusions and configurations shown for each bundle on the Pure Water Systems website.

Bundle Pricing & Upgrades

Advertised bundle prices are based on the standard inclusions shown for each bundle. Optional upgrades, add-ons or changes requested by the customer may increase the final price.

This includes, but is not limited to, PHN options, alternative or upgraded faucets, upgraded water softeners, additional filtration components and other changes to the standard bundle configuration.

Whole House Bundle pricing cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions or offers unless expressly stated by Pure Water Systems.

Product Configuration

Each bundle is configured for its specified water source and application. Town water and tank water systems may contain different filtration components and must be selected according to the intended water source.

If a customer requests a different product, cartridge, faucet, softener or other component from the standard bundle, the final price will be adjusted accordingly.

Installation

Whole House systems must be installed by a suitably licensed plumber in accordance with applicable plumbing requirements and the manufacturer's installation instructions.

Where installation is purchased or arranged through Pure Water Systems, quoted installation pricing is based on a standard installation and is subject to site suitability.

Additional charges may apply where installation requires additional plumbing or pipework, electrical work, drainage, excavation, difficult access, relocation of services or other work outside the standard installation scope.

Where additional work is identified, any applicable additional costs will be discussed with the customer.

Any electrical work required must be completed by an appropriately licensed tradesperson.

Site & Water Suitability

Product recommendations are based on the information provided by the customer. Water quality, water pressure, flow rate, plumbing configuration, available installation space and other site conditions may affect system suitability and installation requirements.

Tank, bore and other non-municipal water sources may require additional assessment, testing or treatment depending on the individual water source and water quality.

Product Images & Components

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in fittings, housings, components, colours or appearance may occur due to product updates or availability, provided the intended functionality of the system is not materially reduced.

Warranty

Warranty periods may vary between individual products and components within a bundle. The applicable warranty for each component is set out on the relevant product page or warranty documentation.

Where installation is completed by Pure Water Systems or an authorised installation provider, any applicable installation workmanship warranty is separate from the product warranty.

Warranty coverage is subject to the system being correctly installed, operated and maintained, including servicing and replacement of filters or other consumable components as required.

Servicing & Replacement Filters

Replacement cartridges, membranes, UV lamps, servicing and other consumable items are not included in the initial bundle price unless expressly stated.

Recommended replacement intervals are guidelines and may vary depending on water quality, water consumption and operating conditions.

Finance & Payment Options

Where interest-free or other payment options are displayed, these are provided by the relevant third-party finance provider and are subject to eligibility, approval and the provider's terms and conditions.

Any displayed repayment amounts are indicative only and may change depending on the selected bundle, upgrades and finance option.

Availability

Products, components, colours and installation availability are subject to stock and availability.

Pure Water Systems may update bundle components where reasonably necessary. If a material change affects an existing customer order, the customer will be contacted before the order proceeds.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
