1. Promoter Details

• The promoter is Pure Water Systems ABN 19 051 617 03, of 27 Leda Drive, Burleigh Heads QLD.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
• Employees of Pure Water System are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

• The promotion commences at 8:00am (AEST) Monday 18th August until 8:00am (AEST) Monday 1st September 2025 (AEST).
• Orders received outside this period will not be eligible for entry.

5. The Prize

• The prize is 1 x $100 BCF Gift Card
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Draw Details

• The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted at Pure Water Systems Head Office on Tuesday 2^nd September 2025 at 10am AEST.
• The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 1 day and will be announced on social media and our website alongside the terms and conditions.

7. Unclaimed Prizes

• If the winner does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, a redraw will be conducted on Thursday 4^th September 2025 at the same location.

8. Verification

• Pure water Systems may request proof of identity, age, and residency from the winner to confirm eligibility.

9. Liability

• The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage incurred by the prize winner in connection with the prize.
• The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues.

10. Privacy

• Entrants’ personal information will be collected and used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and for the purpose of conducting this promotion.

11. Miscellaneous

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms if circumstances arise outside of its control.
