If your system is due for a cartridge replacement, it’s the ideal time to upgrade. HTO+ is designed as a direct replacement, making the switch simple with no changes to your system.

Does HTO+ fit my existing system?

HTO+ is compatible with multiple Pure Water Systems units and standard quick-change setups. If you’re already using an HTO cartridge, HTO+ is a seamless upgrade.

What contaminants does HTO+ reduce?

HTO+ is designed to reduce chlorine, taste and odour, along with a wider range of contaminants including PFAS, heavy metals such as lead and mercury, parasites, VOCs and emerging contaminants found in modern water supplies.

Will HTO+ affect my water pressure?

No - the flow comes from a dedicated tap (standalone or 3-way), with the HTO+ cartridge filtering the water as it moves through the system.

Can I replace the cartridge myself?
Yes. HTO+ uses a quick-change design, allowing for fast, DIY replacement without the need for tools or service calls. We also offer an in home service option for a small additional fee, if you would still like a trained technician to complete the servicing for you. How often should I replace the HTO+ cartridge?

Is HTO+ suitable for all water types?

HTO+ is designed for treated mains (town) water. If you are on tank or bore water, we recommend speaking with our team to ensure the correct filtration solution.
