The Pure Water Systems EcoHero 5 Stage Reverse Osmosis Water Purifier delivers advanced water purification for those seeking exceptionally pure, fresh and great-tasting drinking water, conveniently from their kitchen tap.
Designed to fit neatly inside your under-sink cupboard, this system combines advanced reverse osmosis technology with an additional deionising cartridge to significantly reduce unwanted contaminants and dissolved solids.
For customers who prefer a more neutral pH and improved taste, an optional pH Neutraliser/Deodoriser Cartridge can be added to the system.

WHAT IS REVERSE OSMOSIS?
Reverse osmosis is one of the most advanced methods of water purification, going beyond standard carbon filtration to reduce a wide range of contaminants found in drinking water.
The process forces water through an ultra-fine membrane, removing dissolved impurities, including total dissolved solids (TDS).
The EcoHero system features the advanced EcoHero-50 Reverse Osmosis Membrane, designed to provide up to 300% improved wastewater efficiency compared with other reverse osmosis membranes.
Its ultra-fine 0.0001-micron membrane removes a minimum of 90.8% of total dissolved solids (TDS) and significantly reduces contaminants such as fluoride, bacteria, viruses, herbicides, pesticides, nitrates and other organic and inorganic compounds.
The result is purified, great-tasting drinking water, conveniently available from your chosen faucet.
ADVANCED 5 STAGE REVERSE OSMOSIS PURIFICATION
The EcoHero 5 Stage Reverse Osmosis System incorporates an additional deionising cartridge for enhanced purification.
The deionising cartridge uses ion-exchange resin beads to capture residual electrically charged dissolved solids remaining after the reverse osmosis process.
This additional purification stage can achieve water purity levels similar to distilled water and as low as 0 ppm TDS under specified testing conditions.*
The system is ideal for customers seeking maximum contaminant reduction and the flexibility to customise the final taste and pH of their drinking water.
OPTIONAL ADD-ON: pH NEUTRALISER / DEODORISER
Reverse osmosis is highly effective at reducing contaminants, including heavy metals such as cadmium, arsenic and chromium. However, the purification process also removes naturally occurring minerals, which can leave purified water mildly acidic.
The Pure Water Systems pH Neutraliser/Deodoriser Cartridge is an optional final treatment stage designed to improve the taste and pH balance of your purified drinking water.
The cartridge combines two key functions:

pH Neutralisation: Calcite helps raise the pH of purified water towards a more neutral level of approximately 7.5.

Taste & Odour Improvement: Granular activated carbon helps reduce any remaining unpleasant tastes and odours, refreshing water stored in the system's holding tank.
This optional cartridge is ideal for customers who prefer purified drinking water with a more neutral pH and a fresh, clean taste.
Please note: The pH Neutraliser/Deodoriser is an optional add-on and is not included unless selected.
Prefer Remineralised Water?
For customers who prefer to add minerals back into their purified water, a Remineraliser Cartridge is also available.
The remineraliser is designed to restore minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium while raising the water's pH towards alkaline levels.
CERTIFICATIONS & QUALITY COMPONENTS
The EcoHero 5 Stage Reverse Osmosis Under Sink System is Lead-Free WaterMark Certified and incorporates NSF 42 Certified components.
The system comes ready for installation, complete with its purification cartridges, high-quality housings, components and fittings.
System Only: Faucet not included. A compatible faucet must be selected separately.
PEACE OF MIND
Pressure Limiting Valve
The EcoHero purification system incorporates a precision-machined metal pressure limiting valve and dual check valve.
Designed to help protect against pressure spikes, prevent backflow and resist water hammer, this high-quality component provides additional protection for your water purification system.
Cartridge Reminder & Leak Protection System
The EcoHero system also includes a Leak Protection System, designed to help protect your home against potential water damage.
If moisture is detected by the metal contacts on the control box, the system sounds an alarm and automatically isolates the water supply to the purification system.
The controller also features an integrated cartridge life monitor, providing a reminder when your filter cartridges are due for replacement.
